Description of Duties

The Ticket Checking Team Leader will train, organize and supervise a team of twenty ticket checkers between Killington and Pico. The team leader is responsible for the daily scheduling, transport and supervision of the ticket checking staff, as well as the management of the ticket checking incentive program. The team leader will maintain inventory of ticket checking equipment, troubleshoot scanning problems and check tickets as needed. The team leader may also assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.  The right candidate will possess excellent guest service skills and a passion for the mountain. You must be reliable and prepared to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather. You must also be able to adapt to changing conditions and business levels with ease and have the ability to work independently and communicate effectively as a member of a team.

  • Love of working with people and in the outdoors
  • Ability to tolerate standing in the cold for extended periods of time
  • Familiarity of Killington Resort
  • Familiarity with RTP a plus
  • Previous resort experience preferred



  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Intermediate to advanced skiing/snowboarding ability preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old
