Job: Residential Living Supervisor

Jobing Description

Manage, monitor and maintain student accountability in the dormitories and during Center sponsored activities. Supervises Residential Advisors, reports maintenance problems and employee student relations issues. Conducts regular dorm meetings, facilitates social skills training, reviews student progress, provides group and individual guidance, ensure students follow all policies related to the dormitories.

Job Qualifications:

Must have strong communication, people and problem solving skills, two years of experience working with youth/students, a valid State Driver s License and the ability to work flexible /shift hours is a must.

Preferred:

Bachelor s degree preferred.
