Description

Plans and Manages Releases in Payment Solutions R&D. These are projects with high complexity and across different technology areas. Applies proven experience in project management to successfully execute releases and provides leadership for media R&D product development teams. Increased awareness of and involvement outside of own subject area. Distils big picture. Makes decisionsabout and prioritizes own work and work of teams. Key success factors in this position are dependency management and planning as well as building closeworking relationships with teams outside of media / R&D. Expectation for this role is also to understand , refine and improve ways of working in a positive and iterative fashion.

Qualifications

8 - 10 years relevant experience. Previous experience managing projects in Digital Commerce a plus. Previous exposure to device programs. Influences others to support decisions. Works independently with little supervision. Communication and negotiation skills have been refined though previous roles where consensus building was required for success.
