Job Description Assists with the development of specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Assists with the development of business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Monitors competitive activity and evaluates customer needs. Interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to assist in the development of new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). May contribute to the development of product specifications and requirements to create alignment across the business. May work with other areas of the business to ensure a successful launch of a product(s) to the marketplace/customer through defined channels that align with business strategies. Provides minimal product support through instruction, demonstration and/or tool development for the life of a product/product line. Emphasis at first will be customer rleationships and support. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues. Typically requires 1 - 3 years related experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Some knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, marketing and/or service policies and procedures is a plus.
Qualifications Basic Qualification:
Customer relationship management, technical knowledge of Web Conferencing applications, in-depth knowledge of Web Conferencing market.

Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5 years experience in Web Conferencing Sales and Support, versatility in day-to-activities.
