Job Description Summary : In this role the individual will work on a manufacturing team to assemble, disassemble and rework all Cable hardware within the team using established production and quality standards. Perform various functions to build hardware from the lowest level (i.e., component preparation and kitting) to the highest level (i.e., final assembly and test) of assembly, including testing and limited analytical troubleshooting. Assist Process Engineer with functions such as Preliminary Material Review activities, failure analysis, maintenance of Op Sheets and development of rework instructions. Basic Qualifications : - The successful candidate must have atleast a High School Diploma - Preferred equivalent experience (3-5 years) in assembly/test/inspection of Company hardware. - Understanding of manufacturing process procedures and how the processes affect the product. - Soldering skills.
