At Cumberland Farms, our Multi-Unit Managers Trainees are responsible for all aspects of store operations and the fulfillment of company goals and initiatives.

It is an exceptional opportunity to prove your management skills and abilities when you run your own group of retail stores by supervising location managers and all aspects of the daily and weekly bookkeeping, marketing, inventory control, customer service and maximizing the store's profit and loss statements. You will be challenged with operational success, Store Manager development, Human Resources issues, and hiring and training.

MUST HAVE PRIOR RETAIL SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
