Job: Long Trail Patrol Crew Leader Paid and Volunteer Crews

Description: The LTP Crew Leader is responsible for the efficient operation and overall performance of the crew. Duties include setting weekly work schedules, supervising work in progress, inspecting finished projects, maintaining a daily log, preparing progress reports, organizing weekly pack-in to field camp, and integrating local trail maintenance volunteers into LTP operations when the opportunity arises. The Crew Leader is responsible for safe work practices and for leadership in personnel matters. The Crew Leader also acts as an on-site liaison with cooperating public agencies.
