The HR Generalist is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department and organization leadership in areas including but not limited to Human Resources policies, programs and procedures development/interpretation and execution. The HR Generalist will provide expertise and support in the areas of employee relations and development, Total Rewards administration, and workforce planning including recruitment initiatives.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor ??s degree with major coursework in HR management, business administration or related field.
Minimum Work Experience
- 5 - 7 years of HR Generalist experience with an emphasis in employee relations, employee retention, Total Rewards and talent management.
Required Licenses/Certifications
- PHR, SPHR, CCP, CBP or related Human Resources certification preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Ability to multi-task across multiple Human Resource disciplines.
