The Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Vermont and Fletcher Allen Health Care is seeking candidates for a full-time non-tenure clinical scholar faculty pathway position in general orthopaedic surgery. The position is a community-based practice at a facility in partnership with Fletcher Allen Health Care. The faculty appointment will be to a full-time position in the University of Vermont College of Medicine and will be involved in resident and medical student education. Responsibilities include patient care, teaching, and an interest in participating in clinical research. Academic rank will be determined by qualifications and experience.
Qualifications: Must be a board eligible or certified orthopaedic surgeon. Fellowship training in sports medicine and/or foot and ankle are desirable, but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate interests in teaching and research.
