Environmental Field Technician Job Description:

Our client has a need for a field tech out of their VT office in the Solid Waste Client Services division. This is real basic with little experience/ education needed. Must have reliable transportation as they will be traveling from site to site- all travel covered. Field work will be 4 days with 1 day in the office, potential overnight travel to Springfield likely.

Field Tech:

2 yr degree mechanical/ civil technologies or related degree (environmental, engineering etc. ok)
Will accept 4 year candidates with appropriate degrees

Will be working at Landfill sites checking out landfill gas systems, making adjustments as necessary, and recording data.

Will fully train this individual

Autocad exp preferable for overflow work and helping out with other tasks as necessary.
No particular experience, just knowledge of the software, will train on specifics

40 hr training preferable, but can be trained once hired.

Must be local to (or willing to relocate themselves- immediately to) Randolph, VT

Position is extremely urgent- Please call with questions/interest.
