Job Requirements:

Prepares meals in accordance with established menu plans, ensuring that adequate amounts are available for the number being served and that safety and sanitation regulations are met. Accurately records food usage, maintains equipment, assists in inventory of supplies, and monitors Leisure Time and Work Based Learning Students.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED, one year of experience in high volume or institutional cooking and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and perform basic math. Valid Vermont state driver's license is required.
