Job: 1st Shift Supervisor

Opportunity Profile:
In this role, the individual will supervise all operations of the manufacture of pharmaceutical labels and circulars. This individual will: 1. Supervise, coach, mentor and direct employees. 2. Recommend and/or make improvements in machinery and equipment. 3. Oversees maintenance on Pharmaceutical Label machinery. 4. Ensure, during the production process, that all products and documentation are inspected and completed properly. 5. Ensure new Pharmaceutical Labeling Personnel are properly trained. 6. Perform monthly communication and team meetings. 7. Perform weekly and daily time reports (payroll) for all non exempt employees. 8. Conduct performance assessments of all direct reports. 9. Reviewsemployee/machine standards as it relates to performance. 10. Review cost sheets and provides written or verbal justification for all variances. 11. Assist in developing business and departmental objectives. 12. Prepare shift report. 13. Provide updates for department metrics.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess good communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
